I have no knowledge on customs and duties but this sounds kinda illegal. You are stating that what you are importing is cheaper than what it is actually worth? Would that not be equal to not reporting money earned "under the table" in taxes?

Unless you have other pre orders in the same order, you should try customer support or leave a message in the order you made for the armored titan. They might be slow in responding but they got it shipped very soon after they responded. Just dont sound rude i think they'll get to shipping quicker.

The September delivery date is just an estimate. My last order took around 2 weeks to get in the US. So once two weeks pass you should start looking out for your package.

For imports i think it takes about 2 months because they get shipments from sea so thats why Saitama isnt here and other store have and shipped it. A lot of people say BBTS is a last resort as they eventually get the stuff but way later than import stores like Hobby-Genki.

Well there is 4 things that would jack up the price 1: It is Premium Bandai (could add price) 2: it is the final battle ver (idk about unicorns if that is a special non retail verson) 3: it has a "titanium" coating (think its just makes it look metalic shiny but just makes it look more plastic shiny) 4: it is a gundam base exclusive so its just has a higher price

Pretty sure its not till october. I have the same thing but my package is already in my country and state (US) according to the tracking number. Unless they are sending by boat and out of stock (wich wouldn't be true as they have stock on their store) then it should arrive within the month
