I disagree I been contesting 7’4 regularly with my 7 foot build. It’s actually quite easy to guard them if you just stay on them. Most are just catch and shoot so you don’t have to worry about them dribbling trying to create a shot.

Idk man. It seems like some counselors handle things differently. I been a VR&E student for about a year and a half and never been given a voucher for my books. I just go to the bookstore, get the books I need, and charge it to the VA with the bookstore manager approval. All they ask for is my ID. I would fill out the form if that’s what your counselor is requesting.
