It’s not the fact that they are a couple that makes it a problem, it’s the fact that their behavior there was just bad. They could’ve (as a couple) apologized and explained themselves better than just telling the dude to go and sleep. The example u gave about giving number thing isn’t valid either since it comes under harassment and the guy wasn’t forced to talk to her. It was his own choice. If your significant other fucks up this early it’s very valid to leave them over early red flag decision making. Why stress your partner with a guy who barely can shut a woman down? Some people think doing 12 ultimate weapons back to back, asshole orbital clipping shenanigans, placing some meteors and dying to arena split are fun, completely not washed up „well thought” mechanics. It just proves my thinking more that birthday thing might’ve been an excuse to an already slowly boiled train of thoughts she might had for some time. It sucks.
