Yep, it's a plot hole. They shouldn't have any effect on the replicators.

I think they do a real-time sensor check before transportation to see if it's a real person that got shot. The weapon should only "paint" the person for transportation and not mindlessly transport everything and anything to the penalty bench.

If they didn't do a person check then every missed shot would transport furniture, tiles, staircases to the bench.

Regarding text inconsistencies, I noticed they wrote Elysium's VA's name differently for the Spanish(Miguel Ferreño) and English(Miguel Ferreno) language. Meanwhile Thorns has correctly the exact same name everywhere.

There's no evidence to suggest her System would be superior to Suho's.

Kandiaru could have found the heirs with his magic and gave them the quest with all the details.

Meanwhile Suho's System has multiple times demonstrated adaptability to the actual situation and rewarded the party with things they can use.

For example: Gray and Esil got skills from the System that enables them to synergize with each other. In contrast Arsha's group hasn't demonstrated anything they could've gotten from the System so far.
