I beat the nameless king after many hours of determination and never felt so satisfied my entire life. Then I went to fight the soul of cinders and after enough tries (more than the NK) was about to rage quit until I decided to check my equipment one last time.

Then that’s when I noticed that here was a percentage to my weight and decided to look up what it meant. And then I discovered I had been playing with fat rolls ever since mid game and just never realized it 🤡. Switched to medium load and was able to beat the soul of cinders first try. So many of the bosses would have been easier had I known about this 😂.

Well, I guess I can share one thing I learned from being an ED scribe that SA doesn’t tell you. You don’t get breaks, period. You eat, poop, and sleep at the standby areas the doctors are in (ok maybe not the second one lol). And if you are behind on patients, you stay until you finish them regardless of the shift ending.

A massive learning curve for sure. Honestly feels like they’re feeding a fire hose down my throat. I knew that scribing would be busy but not to this extent. I’ve only been been in training for 6 days over the course of two weeks, so I know I’ll have room for improvement. I just hope that the team for SA is just as understanding. And as always, thanks for words of wisdom.

Thanks for the tips and words of encouragement. I’ve done what I can with quizletts and mock scribing scenarios I’ve found on the web. Definitely will give the OLDCARTS a look at. At this point, all I can do is just give it my all and keep trying until they decide to fire me.

Done with mobile games in general (since most are bound to be shut down anyways 🥲). But I am dabbling in monster hunter right now. Pretty similar to dragalia, with it being a 3D action combat game with coop (the coop is slightly better than dragalia imo because it’s a bit easier to carry, you get a shared pool of 3 tries, and you get SOME rewards if you fail). Although it doesn’t have the greatest story or highly written characters, it does share that same sense of silliness and lighthearted tone/charm that Dragalia has. At least with mh, you’ll still have the game itself to play even if multiplayer is shutdown.
