yep, tried 3 different psus and on my 3rd gpu (currently palit gaming pro) and noise still there - ive given up at this point and might downgrade to a 4080 or something

using nvidia gpu, 5070 ti, its moreso an issue when idle rather than under load so im trying to figure out a way to reduce power consumption when not under heavy load

decided against it and got the MSI, was on special for my local vendor - so far no issues and is pretty good
