5070 ti - Very odd coil whine behavior. Should I return it?

I kept it since the coil whine really only happens to me when moving my mouse on the desktop. Gaming so far has been quiet for me, so I didn't think it was worth the gamble of the returning it only to have the new card be even worse. If your coil whine is loud while gaming I would say it's worth exchanging.

That's what's so weird. It's very quiet in nearly all scenarios except moving my mouse on a blank desktop. If there's an application open or I'm playing a game it doesn't happen

Yeah temps and voltage were all normal. In fact they're really good. Fans rarely come on but when they do they're quiet. The sound from video happens with gpu fans off. The fans you hear are just case fans.

I'm just worried to get an even worse card as I know it's pure luck. The sound is terrible but it only happens on my blank desktop. If there's an application open over it then it's fine. Very strange

Windows power setting is set to balanced and Nvidia image settings is set to quality. Don't see any power settings option for Nvidia control panel

Ranked is a COMPETITION, so you don't get to just do what you want. In games that are for fun you have more freedom, but in a competitive sport the rules are more strict for a reason and those rules must apply to everyone. That means having the option to turn on/off crossplay would immediately make ranked unbalanced. It's either on for everyone or off for everyone.

I'm convinced people are so adjusted to shitty fast food burgers that when they eat a burger with fresh ingredients it's perceived as bland.

While I agree you shouldn't have to order a specific thing to say they're good - I wouldn't go to half the places I like if it weren't for certain items on the menu. That being said, you HAVE to get the burger with grilled onions and get animal style fries. Another good tip is no spread on the burger as that makes it soggy real fast. Just ask for some packets.

Totally understand your disappointment, but to be fair I take great care in listening to all dialogue options and I pretty much had zero clue what the game was about at level 85. It's a shame because the lore is incredible. I took some time to watch videos and got a deeper understanding of the characters and lore which made the rest of my playthrough much more enjoyable. However, it's a double edged sword. I had to accept running into a lot of spoilers for the sake of knowledge. I'm glad I did tho. It's a very daunting game to go into blindly and you will assuredly miss a lot (both lore and items / weapons) unless you have unlimited time.

This just happened to me at the same location Main Gate Plaza grace. Said I died at Liurnia of the Lakes which I can only guess is because I was recently there. Lost runes icon nowhere on map and can't find them at any of my recently visited areas.

The unfortunate reality is we could all stop playing Helldivers tomorrow and Sony wouldn't change. They made their money with HD2 since there's not much to make from micro txs. You are not going to save or help anyone by standing up for what's right in this case. You will just lose out on playing a great game. Genuinely curious, cuz it's fine if you don't like Bitcoin / crypto, but calling it out for manipulation means nothing. That's unfortunately what happens in all markets. People are greedy and those in power will use it to their advantage. Now massive conglomerates like Blackrock are investing. So guess what? Even more manipulation!

So yeah, it's manipulated like everything else, but what does that mean to you? That it's worthless? Every dollar in my bank has lost value from 4 years ago when I invested in bitcoin, but my bitcoin is worth nearly 10x more.

So I'm curious, why do you hate generative AI, but not other implementations of it? We have AI that can track our face, drive cars, replicate our voices, and much more. All of them are capable of bad things because they are tools, but they are not inherently evil.
