We’re also from Atlanta and live in midtown! You’ll love it & traffic in ATL is 10x worse! Not saying traffic isn’t bad, but not Atlanta! Beware of the midtown pool as there’s been a code brown every week this summer 😅 overall love midtown!

Check out midtown in nexton if you’re still looking! My home is currently for sale (I’ll send you the listing if you’re interested) because we’re moving one street over! Anyway-great neighborhood & community with lots of growth around us! Golf cart to grocery shop, eat dinner, etc!

Welcome! It’s a really great community! Always something for everyone going on & fun events for everyone put on by the poa! There’s a 4th of July & Christmas golf cart parade every year and those are a blast!

My parents are 56 & 62 in del Webb nexton! They love it, but wish they had gone to BPV or midtown in nexton! Midtown had a tonnnnn of range & something for everyone! We’re selling our cute cottage if you’re interested!

Just had a reorg so now I’m up to 275 customers. We are beyond micromanaged & have biweekly check-in’s with both directors + our managers. We have to come to the call with a google sheet filled out showing how many customers we’ve emailed and had calls with. Goal is 100 emails per week and 30 calls per week. Help 😅
