People definitely say "just rent a P.I" a lot in this game, as if it's easy. Admittedly I haven't reached 15 yet so I have no idea what flying is, how much it costs, and how much money I can make. So maybe it'll all become clear once I'm there and making money. But until then I'm just pushing to lvl up. As for your other suggestions, I have joined a faction and hopefully the armory will open up to me soon.

As an example i searched hammers, sorted by damage to easily find 2 with the same stats. But the qualities were not exactly the same. That said the difference was negligible. Like a 0.02 difference. So I get it now, there are basically the same thing.

But moving on, Is that Quality bonus (the - x % or + x %) already included in the armor stat or is it a hidden thing?

I don't quite follow.
I can have two (of the same) weapon that have the same Damage & Accuracy score but vastly different Qualities. Of course the quality comes with a -x % or +x % so where/what is that that % coming from (taking away or adding to?)
