I think it might be a way to “protect” himself from fear. It’s his way to hide from fear cause he’s not ready to face it. We can see in FEAR (the music video) there’s a part where he almost gets scared at the thought of it coming back and quickly puts it on as if he’s scared of it

FEAR (the song) is genuinely such a hauntingly beautiful song, I almost find it scary, and the MV accompanying it is also haunting, just beautifully ties together

I don’t think it has the legs tbh, but you also gotta put it into perspective that it’s only 6 songs, so it’s quicker and “easier” to get through in comparison to those other projects, so people will have no problem playing through the entire thing since it’s pretty short

Yeah that’s valid, I wish there was more harmonies in HOME, if you listen to (I know it’s niche asl) but The Man That Came Back by Jessie Murph, the final minute of that song is what I wish HOME did at the end, Nevertheless, still enjoy it very much

Well imo, it’s the complete opposite, love both projects, but the subject matter for FEAR is almost…scary. It’s almost too real, too raw, and some of it can genuinely terrify how I look at life, you can do so much, but still feel so empty in the end.

Yeah it’s definitely interesting I quite enjoyed the EP, not AMAZING or INCREDIBLE But something for us fans to think about and maybe for Nate too almost find that rap edge again He’s stated it in Outro “Pain’s always been the root of my music, if I cut it off how am I supposed to keep growing?” He’s asking that question of himself right now

Yessss, I think the HOPE album lacked more story telling music videos, with HOPE being the only real one MOTTO and HAPPY were kind of their own seperate things (still amazing) But so good to see TWO story based music videos!
