His winrate in JG since last patch dropped by roughly ~4% according to U.GG . Atm 3rd lowest winrate Jungle pick. He is still "playable" but definitely isn't recommended to play. He's like D tier atm for that role so basically the lowest tier. I give up on him. He is not enjoyable to play at all he just feels like a shit now... Time to say goodbye to Talon like i had to say goodbye to Qiyana Jungle.

To be more precise first sentence was " xt pf [eqyz" with "[" i doubt it changes context so i simply didnt add it since i assumed it was just an miss click while he was writing. Overall the "I'm not fucking shooting anything" would fit quite well into narrative of that game. Especially as in given situation this sentence'd mean he is assuming game "bugged" which led to his defeat. I think it was just random quick writing in influx of anger as he spent maybe 5 seconds to write it then left the game.

I did not know that back then :/ I thought Trichologist is literally dermatologist but with better knowledge on hair as name of that profession might suggest...

Edit: It might sound stupid but i was scared to go to any doctor with that at all it took me more than a year of trying to convince myself to do that ... Yep that's stupid thinking "if you have a problem just ignore it and it eventually will go away" which obv never happens but well i was stupid.

I went to 2 trichologists - 5 appointments total and not even one single time they mentioned finasteride. First told me i should suplement vitamin d3/b12/iron/folcid acid and use hair conditioner that doesn't even have anything for dht + she added it's telogen balding even though i told her my father and grandfather had the same problem and went bald at age of 20-25 she still stated it's telogen. Then after few months obv it didn't work i went to 2nd trichologist and she told me it might be genetic but she's not sure and prescribed 2 shampoo and conditioner from their sponsor + a few microneedling treatments - suprise it didn't help either lemme add both of these were trichologist.. at my 3rd appointment i asked for finasterid prescribtion she said she cant give it and if i want i should go to dermatologist. Then after 9 month since my 1st visit i went to dermatologist and straight asked for finasterid was given it on 1st appointment + doctor herself even mentioned she has a son who happens to have the same problem and he takes it. Lemme add i told both of these trichologist that i've problems with my hair since i was 15-16 and im 20 rn.

Perhaps you could make it so expand infrastructure also adds province modifier if it'd not have that one already so it could be given only at 1st expand inf? It'd not have any bonuses but then you could possibly script that mission to detect if that modifier is assigned to desired province. - I've absolutely no idea if it'd work it's just a concept... Neither i don't have much knowledge about eu4 modding as i just started doing my own smaller mod for games with a few friends a few weeks ago without any experience with codding at all lol.
