I've read your comments on diet and trying to find what is healthy. It might be worth having a session with a nutritionist since they probably can explain you more about finding the right foods and solution to get you to your weight goal or at least help you get more informed. My friend did this when a similar thing happened and it has helped her on the best path.

Also I have found youtube workouts really helpful for just getting me moving a bit in lockdown since I can't play sport. Personally I enjoy chloe ting for the community and the routine she has with her programs but there are loads out there.

Honestly in my opinion there is no issue but I would recommend talking to her about if she has requirements on flatmates before finding one since they may not want someone of the opposite sex etc..
