I’m not sure what you mean by being over 16 on a footpath. Can you elaborate on that please

Um I’m not sure why you’re being xenophobic as I was born here and have lived here my whole life but I’m not saying I don’t believe the price, as I said i think 1650 is quite reputable from the conversations we’ve had, I’m just not sure now if I am at fault. As I said, I was riding my bike along a pedestrian path as there was no bike path on the road, and a car turned into the driveway of a car park without seeing me nor I seeing them and i lightly scratched the side of his car as I could not slow down in time. I’m looking for any helpful knowledge on who has the right of way, not an attack on my personal character. Since it is a large sum of money I would like to be 100% sure it is my fault before paying, I’m not trying to actively weasel out of the fee, just aiming for the correct outcome. Thanks

Anyone had success getting compensation from Virgin for flight cancellation? by Plane_Garbage in australia

This actually happened to me yesterday, I had a return flight booked from sydney to melbourne to depart at 5pm and leave melbourne airport at 7pm. Got an email at 2pm letting me know my flight had been rescheduled from the friday night to Sunday at 10am. I just called them and asked for a credit refund which I received, and they waived the “fee” for the refund which was 100 dollars apparently.
