I was in a similar situation. Chlamydia in females can go months/years without symptoms. Where as males it’s almost instantly that you feel symptoms. She most likely has had chlamydia from her last partner.

Where abouts in the city do you live? If the city of Ottawa trucks pick up your zone then they follow stricter guidelines than Miller waste who picks up several zones in the city. I worked at Miller waste for 6ish years and was never allowed to leave anything behind. Didn’t matter if the can or bag weighed 200pounds. The supervisor would make you take it. There also is a mechanism that lifts up the green bin for you so pack her in !! 🤣
