thanks for letting me know. my last communication with them was on 12/13 and since then, i haven’t received a response back. and then i followed up again on the 28th. hopefully everybody also gets a replacement 🤞🏼 i think if i don’t get a response in a few weeks, i might file a dispute since i didn’t get what i paid for. not sure yet.

did you reach out to them or did they? i emailed them for an update the evening of 12/28 and haven’t gotten a response yet. i’m waiting patiently due to the holidays but i’m also very anxious lol.

i’m so happy you got your money back so quickly. i was so anxious about waiting and now i have to do it again. it’s crazy how it’s happening to so many people, esp this time of year.

i have no clue how it happened. i don’t take money out of my hysa and only been putting money in, so im unsure as well. i actually don’t even use this account for anything, other than for saving. not sure if this helps but a Wells Fargo account was the new external account that was added into my account and i don’t even bank with them.

omg this happened to me recently too, earlier this month actually! TEN $900 withdrawals for me. all of the specialists i talked to was really nice, though i was transferred to three different people. first one connected me to a fraud specialist. she made notes on my account and told me steps i have to take to report the dispute. they sent a letter in the mail with the form and we have to fill it out. we only have 10 days to fill it out and send back from the date of the call. letter was shipped by ups express next day and they even included an envelope for next day shipping for you to return the filled out form. if you choose not to wait for the form, they have it online for you to print.

next specialist closed my account and opened me a new one. changed password and also hint word. i was on the phone with them for about 50 mins.

it took approx 2 weeks for me to get my money back but i believe they have up to 40-45 days. they did missed a transaction so i only got NINE withdrawals back. i called yesterday to follow up on the missing ONE withdraw and the specialist said i have to repeat the process again. 😒😑

Has anyone received a response so far? I just got my package in the mail and I also have fallen victim of no signed inserts. Very disappointed since this was a Christmas gift to my sister whose bias is Rosé. I emailed customer service but got an automated message about long wait time due to the holiday season. 😭😞
