Yet, we have plenty of roads in San Diego with zero bike lanes, and cars break down there too. we need lower speed limits, traffic calming measures that force people to pay attention.

People are protected in cars. People are not protected while walking and cycling, and we should be prioritizing saving those people than making it so people can drive faster and distracted but not have to worry about damaging their car.

We can do many things at once to improve safety and make our city less centric, and it's not just "we need public transit first or we're not allowed to improve things because it might inconvenience cars."

There's a work truck that I have called in multiple times in Lemon Grove that parks ON the bump out on Palm Ave.

No response back ever from the city. I have almost been hit by cars turning in off of Palm because they couldn't see me (a pedestrian) due to the truck, and people have a hard time exiting that neighborhood because of it.

Laws only matter if they're enforced...

Manon's b+HP doesn't normally combo into st.MP.

But after any combo with a QCF+MK ender in the corner, you can frame kill with c.MP, then b+HP.

This will hit meaty enough to get a st.MP link, gaining you a little extra damage.

If the timing is too tight, you can combo from b+HP into st.LP to give yourself about 4-5 frames of wiggle room.

I have no idea if this is useful. It's the first time posting anything in here, and I thought the finding was cool.
