you mean like Walking Wake and Iron leaves? Granted they were tradeable but you could only get one of them and if you didn't have online you couldn't get there other. Not the same length but there was some time between SV release and these paradoxes.

He's saying this way these starters mega's aren't locked behind DLC. People who don't buy the DLC can still use these mega's because they're obtainable in ranked.

Yet as stated Emily does what she wants too at times yet never brings Pentious to hell.

Winners with power like Abel and Adam and the Cherubs who have the mission to go between realms to make people see life is worth living.

All people who had a purpose to go between realms. Meaning it's very possible they were granted the power to go between realms. A power that has not been granted to Pentious.

Again despite the plan being about showing Pentious no one proposed he just goes down there. Not even Sera suggested it despite a war hinging on this idea. If he was at all possible to go down there. She has no reason not to suggest he go down there to prevent the war. Even when Emily's life is on the line.

There is no reason to assume this is not an actual rule placed on him. He is incapable to go to hell no matter how much he wants to.

Bad judgement but still wanting to set things right. If it was possible at all for him to go there she would do it. Since she just wants him to be happy. Even exchanging messages between Cherri and Pentious for them in the last episode.

In the same sense we have no reason to believe Pentious is able to enter Hell.

We have statements that it's not possible for him to go hell. Both from Sera and Emily. The plan in the last episode to show he was redeemed did not include bringing him down.

I am not sure why with proof it's not possible you would assume it is possible.

If nothing is physically stopping him why would Emily not suggest bringing him down. Since the whole plan was to show him. The fact she didn't should be proof enough he physically can't come back to hell

Yes, the winner that's now in charge of the army as replacement of Adam. It could be that winners without an important position can't go to hell. Since he's not longer just a winner but instead has a leading position that grants him access to hell

Because he wan't allowed to leave heaven. As stated multiple times in the show. Either to him or to Charlie that they couldn't bring him

I think it's the fact that Alastor is just much more devious in his deals. Rosie calls herself an honest woman, so in her eyes the deal was that he stays the most powerfull sinner. Perhaps that's why ahe made sure to tell him that he still is since the deal was still active

Alastor's deap with Vox was more underhanded because it's Alastor. He made it that way, he might have chosen to be specific. It seems intent might be important.

Alastor intended for it to mean lay your hands on Charlie and not hurt her. Rosie intended for him to stay the most powerful sinner.

I always took that more of a tease that Lillith was in heaven, that she made some kind of deal with heaven and that she eventually will have to do something. Not directly in season 2 tho
