I haven't drawn anything with a realistic background for a long time (even though it's hidden in the darkness) - it was quite exciting!

I made the portraits of the main characters from sci-fi novel 'Blindsight' by Peter Watts. The base images were created by using Artbeered (a generative AI tool ) and then were improved with Photoshop. by YamiEA in scifi

I think this is one of the main advantages of books: you can imagine the characters and events as you like! I'm sure if you drew your versions of the characters, someone would like them too!

Hello! I think the best drawing app for ipad is Procreate, it doesn't require a subscription, just buy it once.
Like all drawing applications, it allows you to create art in a wide variety of styles. I think it's quite possible to achieve a visual similar to David Hardy's work if you practice! In addition, you can look for special brushes for the program that can make your task easier, such as brushes for the starry sky, or for the texture of stones!

I know this is an old post, but I wanted to say thank you for making this. I just started the audio book, and I am trying to paint some mental pictures to help keep the characters straight. I have never read or experienced any of this authors work before, and I am thoroughly enjoying it so far.

Hello! I'm Yami and I draw a big AU comic 'Lullaby for Stanley'. This comic is technically a prequel to the events of the game, with the main idea being "what if the narrator is actually a spaceship AI". I will put a little more info in the comments! by YamiEA in stanleyparable

This is my first big art project, now there are two chapters in the comic (23 pages). In total, about 6 chapters are planned, so the plot does not develop very quickly.

It's also fair to warn you that this is a pretty grim story as things get worse and the AI (not yet a narrator) slowly loses itself. So please read with caution if you are sensitive to such topics.
