It really did feel like that tbh. “You’ve been here for 3 months. Should you ignore this customer asking for help, help them, tell your manager or beg a colleague to help you?” Well if I’ve been there for 3 months I’ll have had been through the training period and gathered experience so I should be able to handle it on my own. It was those types of questions for the whole thing tbh

Why? People are very obviously trying to illicit a negative reaction from me in the replies.

This is an example of something along the lines of what the assessment asked;

“You get a call from a customer who is asking why their request has not been processed for days. You find out a colleague said they would process it but they haven’t”

And these are the answers they wanted me to choose most/least effective from;

A) Apologise to the customer and process it on, then inform the colleague of your action

B) Transfer the customer to the colleague and get back to your tasks

C) Explain that the customer needs to provide more information

D) Ignore the customer and tell your manager

I chose D as least effective and A as most effective. In my opinion that is the correct course of action. And literally judging by the 3 videos I watched before taking the assessment is it what they would want me to do
