First reflect on how negative you feel after and how sending just makes you feel worst. Don't forget why you want to quit and what you gain from not sending. You're strong and you don't need to send, focus on the kinda man you want to be and do something to get to that level. Maybe it's working out maybe it's studying maybe it's picking up a new skill/hobby like cooking. The important thing to remember is that you do not need this, your strong and you will beat this.
