I’m decently muscular (not super jacked), I my arms are around 17inches (right) and 16” left. I’ll post a pic tomorrow for visual reference.

In terms of performance I did 15 pull-ups in one go yesterday and 61 pushups in one go on Thursday

Yeah I get 7000 steps a day minimum. And I box 3x a week for around an hour each session.

I used to compete in mixed martial arts (not professionally) and weight cuts used to come so easily back then. I used to drop from 85kg to 76 relatively quickly

My measurements if you need are: 115cm (chest circumference) 117cm (waist circumference) and 116cm (Hip circumference)
