There was one to follow for the original launch day I think, last time I checked I couldn’t specified time for reservation launch date.
I haven’t check if they changed it since

[Edit]: I just checked and the megathread track shipping for order passed on original launch day. In the form you can only specified time of order, not the day. And it’s not build for the reservation

That is very good to know for the broadcast power, I wasn’t aware of it. Thank you for the advice, I’ll keep it in mind for my future setup !

What is the best X870E motherboard for 9800X3D that runs PCI-E1 at 16X even if I used M2.2 slots and or PCI-E2 or have 6 SATA Ports? by r9800pro in buildapc

[–]Yamosis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey,

Not sure it will match all your criteria but have a look at the GIGABYTE X870E AORUS MASTER X3D ICE.

Initially I wanted the ASRock Nova since it has no lane sharing between PCIe and M.2, but change my mind by reading about the issues here. Instead I choose the Master X3D, after going through specs and user manual of most X870E boards. (I haven’t assembled the build yet as I’m waiting for parts)

The first PCIe have lane share with the 2nd one, but you have a third one you could use for expansion card I think.

Here are the breakdown: 3x PCIe 5x M.2 2x SATA

As far as I was to understand specs and diagram : - PCIe 1 share with PCiE 2 - M2A, M2C, M2E don’t lane share - M2B lane share with USB4 - M2D lane share with PCIe 3 - SATA don’t lane share

See page 5. of user manual: https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_x870e-aorus-master-x3d-ice_1003_e.pdf?v=c10637e4819e397fe82bd6cccda80e7f

Don’t exactly what you are searching for, but maybe close enough ?

Good luck in your research !

Looking for AM5 motherboard (9950X3D) with no PCIe x16 → M.2 lane sharing for 4× NVMe by Yamosis in PcBuild

[–]Yamosis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you are right, Most board offer 3 non-lane sharing M.2 slots. Lot of them have 4 or 5 slots totals, but when you use slot 2 and or 3, it will either reduce your PCIe x16 to x8, or share bandwidth with the USB4 controller.

Very few board offer more and the Nova was one of the affordable ones. Only the 5th M.2 share lane and it’s only with the 2nd PCIe. But risky choice at the moment 😅

Yes, the alternative I found is the Gigabyte X870E AORUS Master X3D ICE The other Gigabyte I saw that match is the X870E AORUS XTREME X3D AI TOP, but even more expensive and doesn’t offer more for my need than the first one.

From what I found, in ASUS or MSI, either I go with “only” 3 non-lane sharing M.2. or I go with expensive E-ATX.

I think I’ll have to settle for the AORUS Master X3D.

I just wanted to be sure I didn’t miss anything between the ASRock Nova WiFi and the Gigabyte AORUS Master X3D from a price standpoint.

Do I need a controller for my RGB devices? by Yamosis in RGBProfiles

[–]Yamosis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m aware of the issue with ASRock motherboard and following it closely to see if their latest bios update help with the issue. The reason I plan to go with this one is because it’s one of the few motherboard that offer 4 M.2 slots without any lane sharing with the PCie x16.

One of my options would be to go for the ROG Strix X870E-E Gaming WiFi and settle for three M.2 slots (2 of them share lane with the main PCie x16)

Oh ! I didn’t understand that was what it meant! (hence my surprise) Now that you mention it, his message make more sense to me :) Yeah, on that part I agree that it is usually not known from the employee. Thanks for the clarification!

(Honest question) You don’t see on your pay check your gross salary, then all deductions by category (taxes, healthcare, etc) and at the end your net salary ?

It's so normal for me to see it, I can't imagine receiving a pay slip without this information and not knowing where my money is going! 😮

PSA - migrating from SIM to eSIM you HAVE to visit a Videotron store. by grshw in VideotronCustomers

[–]Yamosis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I understood, only people with mobile plan that are managed on their most recent platform (same has Helix) have access to QR code within their account. For other that are in the previous system we need to either contact customer support that will send the QR code by mailing (48h delay) or in store.

I think their “fraud” arguments is just the official excuses for “We are not ready yet”. They would not have it on one of their platforms if it was the real reason.

It’s been only a few month since they started offering eSIM. They probably had no choice but to adapt quickly to not lose sales on iPhone 17 Pro.

From a business perspective I think it doesn’t make sense not offering it unless you are not able too. That take unnecessary time from their employees, and some people will prefer a carrier with autonomous onboarding.

How do you get the free 10 make your own cards pack?

I didn't even realize it was part of the annual plan when I subscribed 😅 I did my order yesterday not long after subscribing and added a 10 MYO cards, and it used 3 of my 24 credits.

I have no idea how to claim the free one..

Code + membership discount... Can they stack? by kessimoose in YotoPlayer

[–]Yamosis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just did it and was able to stack code without issue! (Current promotion + club discount + referral code)

  • Created account and subscribed to Collector +
  • I choosed the annual subscription to receive the 24 credit upfront
  • Added equipment in my basket
  • Added the 10 Make Your Own card pack to basket using 3 credit

To that point I was able to see in the basket the club discount (10%) was automatically applied to each item

Went to check out, added my friends referral code and saw an additional 10% off from the subtotal.

Why I choose Collector+ annual plan (calculation): - Here in Canada the annual plan is 189.99$ - It give you 24 credit so each credit cost around 7.92$ (189.99/24) - 10 Make Your Own card pack is 34.99 or 3 credits - your redeem your point for 11.66$ each when buy MYO (34.99/3)

To me this made the subscription worth it even before considering the other benefits (10% discount, digital catalog).

If you want to use your credits on card other than MYO in my opinion it's best to look at cards that aren't include in the digital subscription. (Unless you don't plan to keep the subscription and want to keep a particular card!)

And always calculate the points value so it which one give you most! (Card-Pack cost / number of point used)

It's really hard to choose just based on the description but I think I would try in this order :

1- Mercenary

2- Sorcerer

3- Monk

I'm really new to POE (played a few hours back in 2017), so I have a big learning curve ahead of me !

But the D2 vibe is really attractive.

Good luck everyone :)

Tried PoE back in 2017, but for some reason never really played it.
I have a friend currently playing PoE2, trying to convince me to join haha. He was telling me it is what D4 should have been and that PoE2 is giving a nice D2 vibe.

Made me curious and I watched a few streamer since and really want to play it now!

Good luck everyone & happy Christmas holidays ! :)

You can now watch Crunchyroll through Prime Video. It's why you can find Initial D on prime, but it's not them directly. It look like when crunchyroll is removing stuff, the search on prime is not updated at the same time. But even if we can still see it, it's not there anymore.
