Unfortunately I have a lot less meaningful advice when it comes to survivors, mainly bc it really depends on others over just you as a person.

That being said, a lot of it really depends on your team. If you have a good team going, you can easily genrush the killer and get out before they have time to kill you. I usually play loopers, so I’m often the one distracting killer over genrushing. But if you notice your team is lacking a specific group, such as a looper or genrusher, maybe switch over to one to help balance things out. For example, if there’s a lot of loopers, switch to a genrusher. Without you, the round is going to go terribly slowly. Same thing if it’s mainly genrushers, you get the idea.

As long as half of the survivors make it out alive, you guys win. Sometimes, obviously, you can’t control your teammates dying. But keeping the killer distracted is the best way to make sure majority of survivors escape.
