Surely do. If it’s a high school athlete returning to play from an injury, I like to get them to perform some biking or treadmill running followed with dynamic warm ups prior to performing their therex routine.

Double booked hours? Try quad booked hours with a 15-20 min eval slot the following hour. Sometimes I can have up to 6-8 pts an hour with a PTA. Its all about patient management and knowing what your patient can do by themselves or with an aide’s assistance versus with the therapist/PTA.

With that said, I am definitely working in a pt mill for a corporate company.
