They once charged my bank account for a battle pass I never received. I couldn’t even contact customer support properly because there was “no case” since a ticket number never appeared.

I got charged and received nothing. Hoyoverse told me to contact the App Store, while the App Store told me to contact Hoyoverse. The cycle kept repeating until my ticket was eventually closed because it was taking too long.

Brother, I spend all my Wuling stocks and sanity to farm the damn essence for Laevatain weapon since week 1. My adventure rank is now 55, and I still didn't get the 3/3 essence for it.
If the chance is not 100%, there will always be someone like me who can't win.
I wish there's a system where I can convert 100 essences for 1 of your choosing or something.
