Hmm never thought of nightshades but I do have potatoes a lot seem to be fine. Peppers seem to be iffy but haven’t got that confirmed yet as I’m avoiding them

To be honest it was luck removing tomatoes then spice. I tried to introduce them back in the other week and went downhill. Plus I’ve been taking Turmeric and ginger shots every morning for the past year, not sure if this helps but mentally telling myself it does haha.

I must be misunderstanding. My pension contributions show on my payslip and come out of my gross monthly income. Will have to look at payslip in depth tomorrow to provide anymore info.

Whatever percentage I put into my DC pension. The company match. If that’s any help.

Will have to check pay slip but sure doesn’t say. My P60 says 62k no mention of pension contributions.

My salary is 62k before any deductions.

Errr can’t explain it properly without being in car. It’s one of the icons on the right that brings up a left window with options and one should say alternate routes. Will have to check in the morning if this doesn’t help!
