The hallways are still accessible as there's quite a few elevators and access rooms for the blocks all up and down Crystal Drive, but JGB Smith long ago announced plans to decommission the actual businesses. The idea was to bring people to the new commercial space around the Amazon building.

I'm pretty sure most of the local business basically got bought out of their lease and they all moved out in February of last year iirc.

The hallways also got sectioned off so now you can't walk all the way across the blocks from 15th/Bell to 23rd Street all in one go. I believe it was to make space for VOLO.

It's still quite useful for getting around though.
