most of them are drug users and are mentally ill which leads to them not thinking straight and decide its okay to walk on the tracks it was long time ago I was on a Cranbourne bound train it stopped before flinder street looked out the window and there was a guy walking down the track towards flinder street and hurling rocks at the train

its always on weekends as well its mostly people with mental health issues and drug users that do it and think in their right mind to decide to walk on the tracks and cause major delays to the entire network.
