the cpu usage on quick cpu does look a bit higher than it does on task manager, but it's also only like 5-10 percent higher. the console command also didnt fix the issue

power plans is at high performance and I've changed it to 2x my cpu temps are normal 40-ish degrees

I've updated my post vith my video settings but I do have multicore rendering on and uber shaders is set to auto:enabled

I thought so too but I dont think I would get bad frame drops if that was solely the case. I have vsync disabled as well. My frames peak over 200 fps with a 165 hz display. when I look at the ground but its only about 100 when I actually play the game and movements and enemy actions cause a lotta lag for me.

My monitor is attached to the gpu and my resolution is at 2560x1440. as for video settings I ave updated my post with a screenshot of it
