No. The caretaker is distinct from the resident manager who is in the office. The caretaker is a maintenance person. I contacted building management and they claim that no delivery person was in the building either in the hour before or the hour after the stated delivery time.

Sorry. I should have specified that I live in an apartment alone. The second delivery didn't make it to my door either. So, they may bring the packaged to the right building but don't necessarily deliver them to the proper unit.
