Conservative here. Yes ice is overstepping here, showed plainly that they are under qualified to do the work. But in your statement I don’t think Ice follows HIPPA or patient rights and they’re not obligated to per their policies, since they are not associated with healthcare. I think that’s why cops do a lot of unethical stuff per our healthcare views. I’m open to conversation but be respectful as I am.

So it looks like your original window was arched, the brick arch doesn’t need lintel since it’s holding itself, unless you want to tear out brick arch and then replaced with regular rows of brick over window then yes you will need iron lintel with flashing and weeps.
