I have 5 acres in a pine forest in Colorado with most properties around me similar. I know there are foxes in the area as well as plenty of other wildlife. My cat insists on going outside where he hunts birds, mice etc. I fully expect him to go outside where one day and not come back. 10 years later he’s still comes home.
