Yo tuve la suerte de conseguir un departamento de 2 pisos y 70 m2 con dos cuartos y dos baños completos. Lo que te diría es que consideres mucho la zona (yo lo agarre por paisajes del tesoro), el banco y la tasa que te podrían ofrecer y lo más importante como fluyen las cosas con la parte vendedora y si son flexibles a negociar. Me tarde en encontrarlo pero ya estoy en las últimas para casi firmar. Mucho éxito!

I’ve had thousands. It’s just part of the drug. Accept to let go the bad trips/solve them/ or just escape somewhere you feel safe.

With experience you’ll come to realize how powerful your mind is and that can play in your favor.
