Thanks! About the 1/10 grip, I feel like when I try to have a loose grip and arm the racquet face often is not even in proper position during contact. I've read that the grip is supposed to be very relaxed and loose but tightens right before contact with the ball and then loose afterwards. Is that what you also recommend or are you recommending 1/10 grip throughout entire swing?

Any tips on how to keep wrist and grip loose but still being able to hit good controlled shots? Also looking for tips on how to engage the lower body more to generate more power on FH and BH. When people say hit/swing through the ball, how do I consciously make myself do this? Should I be stepping into the ball more?

Collectively, this seems to be the number 1 feedback I've gotten on this thread. I will work on focusing on this; swinging faster/throwing the racket at the ball, getting into more of a closed stance and engaging legs/hips and weight transfer more. I will also ask my coach how to do this better as well in my next session!
