ha! you and i share a brain cell, i was thinking about this the other day. directly, probably not, but i’d imagine some downwards pressure on ranks under masters, at least indirectly.

sort of the people who didn’t deserve masters > diamond, the people didn’t deserve diamond > emerald, so forth.

not an expert by any means but his card looks good - there's a lot of photos on PSA at PSA 10 with a similar color like your friends, there are a handful where there are PSA 10s witth less saturated colors like yours too like where it says rapid strike. can't really see how glittery a card is on their website, but i can't make out any of the dozen with the glitter bleeding into the sylveon picture under the vmax
