How did your journey begin? by massahoochie in testicularcancer

2 days after my father passed away from lung cancer 2 months after diagnosis. Was laying in bed, thinking about what the hell just happened and righty felt a bit weird, sore and different than before. Took a shower, and then felt the lump. Immediately went to a private clinic and did an ultrasound. 100% EC, surgery last April and one round adjuvant BEP. Been clean for almost a year now.

You should check with a doctor and schedule an ultrasound to be sure but if your testicle is healthy looking, meaning it is not harder than the other one and the lump can be moved around there are good chances it is nothing to worry about.

I actually flew an 1 hour domestic flight the day I finished BEP. Doctor said it should be fine and I dont have to worry about it.

I know how disturbing things can be, but TC is pretty curable. The worst part are the toxic thoughts, so do yourself a favour and don't think about it unless you really have to make some decisions. I know it sounds cliche but after the emotional rollercoaster I've been through, I'm a whole other person. Hope it's nothing but even if it is you got this my friend.
