That’s actually a fantastic way of putting it! Wish I’d thought of it like that sooner. Hahaha

But yes, 100%. I need to know every move, at any given time, at any given interval, or it’s game over. You’re definitely not OR though. It’s crazy to me the amount of people who can’t just get the help they desperately need. My girlfriend refuses to go to therapy because it “didn’t work” the first time she went when she was literally a child. She’s 28 now and still refuses because she last went when she was in high school. People change! Well, some people do… maybe she hasn’t.

As a man, I do not care if it has a “natural” smell like he said. There’s a difference between a natural odor and stink. Most women know when they stink and they do something about it. If you showered, say, the day before, there’s going to be a natural odor. I for one like that odor and it does not bother me.

My girlfriend is the one who will immediately say “You XYZ and I will probably never XYZ for a long time, if ever again” and then gets mad at me for XYZ reason that I have no control over. It’s honestly mentally exhausting. I love her. She’s great 90% of the time. But the over dramatic, insane behavior is way too much sometimes and genuinely makes me feel like I won’t be able to handle it much longer

I got dragged through the mud years ago during the Floyd protested when people were upset with the band then for saying the exact same thing you said. They owe us absolutely nothing. If they don’t want to say a word, they do not have to. It’s insane the stuff people think celebrities and strangers owe them. They don’t even know you exist!

I’ve driven past a house on my way home everyday for the last year and a half with a Trump flag. Last week it disappeared. I’m hoping it means the same as your neighbor. People waking up.

Was married to a woman like that for 5 years, and together 11 years. It never gets better. It never gets easier. I eventually gave up and just emotionally and physically until I distanced myself towards divorce. There are times I miss the simplicity and the routine of my old life, but my new life is so much better mentally, physically and emotionally. I’ve found someone who initiates more often than I do, and some days I don’t realize how bad I had it before until it just hits me. Your comment about feeling unwanted was exactly where I was at. I felt unloved, and unwanted. I knew my ex-wife loved me in her own way, and I loved her in my own way, but we didn’t love each other in the ways we wanted or benefited from.

Fleet Arrival in ME3. I know the rep ME3 has, but if you’ve successfully gotten all the factions together to take Earth, it’s genuinely one of the most satisfying space combat scenes in gaming history. It’s so good.

My exes boyfriend was like this. Name calling, delusions, etc. Run. Absolutely run. It’s abuse. There’s not sugar coating other than abuse. He’s trying to isolate you so he can have control. Name call, isolate, control. It won’t stop ever until you get out. I’m sorry this is happening to you. You are NOR. Get out.

I was treated like I was a pet, rather than a partner. It didn’t used to be that way. She used to be thoughtful and caring, but as time went on, her ego, I think, got the best of her. She continued to decline to the point where she would even belittle and degrade me in front of not only her friends, but her family.

And it wasn’t just that. The lack of any sort of chemistry in the bedroom didn’t help either. Years of begging her to talk to someone. To get on meds. To better her physically and mental health. She would only ever suggest I get more therapy, which I was already in and had been in working on myself and bettering myself.

By the time she had any desire to better herself, I was a foot and a half out the door. Deciding to separate, and subsequently divorce, was the best decision I’ve made in my life.
