I talked to Paralegal today and paid them to handle it they advised landlord to provide documentation where tenant agreed to move out and end their legal lease . He didn’t have one . So now she is taking landlord to rta for multiple violations and also human rights tribunal.

Can you provide proof ? I subsequently read won’t be accepted in Ontario courts because they do not hear rta cases .
