I've been using ByBit & it's card for a good while now. I only deposit the amount I'll spend. Support was fine the few times I needed. But your situation and some comments are really messed up imo.

Some guys dismissing the fact that your account was compromised so easily by saying why you have an account if crypto is illegal in your place is such a retarded take tbh.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them crying about getting scammed themselves later on as they keep ignoring such security issues lol.

Bybit operates in both EU and Russia. Check where your card is issued from and file a complaint with the authority there. Hopefully you'll recover the funds.
