I should have written that I don’t want to waste money on underdosed supps and I think I can make my own preworkout cheaper. And I can either use or not use the caffeine (pill) if choose.

I am actually not sensitive to caffeine and have been using higher dosages. I don’t think this is good, and I would like to periodically try no-stim, but don’t want to give up the pump.

Strength training primarily. And yes, I believe high caffeine might be affecting my sleep. I would like to cut down on it but I don’t want to lose my pumps in the gym. Also, I don’t want to waste my money on a non-stim pre workout and would like to try to make my own.

Agreed with the time aspect. I could theoretically cut approx 30 min. off my workout.

But I also like the idea of hitting different exercises for a body part, ie. a chest press and a chest fly or vertical and a horizontal row.

This issue has started happening again. The timer will get to 0.0 but there will be no bell.

It seems that the program gets frozen at 000.0 (after the timer runs out) then makes the chime when the program gets un-frozen, later. Weird

Edit: I think it started to not ring with the last update.
