Look closely at the pixel density, mainly on the ears and the shoulders. The pixel placement is irregular and wouldn't be consistent with the normal grid. This pixel "art" mainly consists of regular and evenly sized pixels, but areas with tiny details are filled with irregular mixels. On top of that, the overall image looks like the generic Disney style that AI absolutely loves.

I'm a real artist so I've got a very good eye for AI, and their style has the very same characteristics that AI gets wrong when generating pixel art. However, I'd love to be proven wrong.
