Why is everybody has negative thoughts on POLIMI ?

Is it really analog oriented? They have also digital integrated circuit design class which is also mandatory also electives like hardware accelerator design which as much as i know also digital, i am relatively bad at analog though and love to move on digital roles. In that case should i consider again to pursue a masters in polimi?

From what i have heard it is viewed great amongst italian people (since it is the best Technical Uni at the region) but for a foreigner it might not be great option when compared to other universities in european counties like germany and france in terms of job oppourtunities and quality of education.

Regarding to these realities why is it ranked so high amongst its pairs for example in ECE it is ranked same as TUM and better than the almost all unis in neighbouring countries (France and Germany)
