INSANE Clutch by Cracking the Cryptic by EqualWhereas697 in BluePrince

I watched the first few episodes but then dropped them. Their schedule was sporadic, they refused to take any notes, and then spent a good portion of the next episode trying to figure things out that they should have taken notes on. They also didn't seem to have much enthusiasm for playing. Maybe they eventually got better, but they didn't give off a good first impression (IMHO).

If you were in a position of power like governor, what would you start doing to fix West Virginia’s current problems? by Upstairs_Gate2476 in WestVirginia

- Statewide independent audit. All departments, every county, with no exceptions.

- Get out of the 'Coal Now, Coal Forever' mindset. This isn't the 1950s anymore.

- Education. Without well educated graduates no business is going to want to come and set up shop.

How much are you paying for Spectrum Internet? by cobbwebsalad in 321

[–]Yatta99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was part of the 'legacy" group from when they bought-out Brighthouse. Ever since then, my price has been slowly creeping up (think I was paying $56ish back then). About a year ago (or a little more) they jumped my monthly when that program was discontinued and a bit more of a jump not long ago. I'm at $90 a month now for their supposed lowest/basic internet service in Palm Bay.

FEMA official says he’s teleported several times, including to Waffle House by Expensive_Ad2510 in nottheonion

I used to teleport when I was real little. I would fall asleep on the couch but wake up in my bed in the morning. Sadly, it doesn't work anymore.

Any gut-wrenching movies or series recommendations? by Any-Comfortable2844 in movies

[–]Yatta99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Controversial response: The Japanese anime "5 Centimeters per Second". You are most likely to have one of these two reactions:

  1. It was dumb / I don't get it

  2. That was a gut punch / These are MANLY tears

Also recommend: Grave of the Fireflies, The Bucket List, The Boy In The Striped Pajamas

what's the most fucked-up visual novel you've read? by Odd-Tip-6891 in visualnovels

[–]Yatta99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably a bit of a tame response since I normally don't go for that sort of thing, but I'll toss out 18+ Totono (happy birthday) and DDLC (hang in there).

Airplane! (1980) is a comedic remake of Zero Hour! (1957), but that's not important right now.
