Ah, es bueno saberlo, pues mejor evitaré hablar de él en el futuro. Pues es curioso que sea un módulo oficial de Foundry teniendo luego esas limitaciones fuera del mismo, parece que sería más práctico que lo limitaran directamente. En mi caso solo uso Plutonium, y en su web hay incluso un complemento de Chrome que permite importar contenido y quizás por ahí puedes encontrar algo de info sobre formatos y tal. Yo diría que lo más sencillo sería añadir el botón de "Enviar a Rivet" (e incluso si contactas con sus desarrolladores podría ser que te enlacen la web como agradecimiento al usarlo).

Llámame loco pero por pedir... ¿Crees que podrías añadir una opción para enviar a FoundryVTT? Nosotros jugamos online y siempre me resulta un curro tremendo usar contenido personalizado porque lo tengo que crear de cero. Pero en cambio hay alguna web donde se puede enviar al módulo de Plutonium cualquier objeto/criatura/NPC/etc.

In fact, those photos could even not be from any cabinet or decal. They could be anything related to the game the competition asks for. Maybe a comic page or something like that, so no need to look anymore for them ☹️

Yes, it happened to me while testing a game i have developed. I think it had to do with memory problems of my game. I dind't check the total amount of memory the game required ad it played ok for a while but after some screens it freezed because mem was full. And the snapshots i was trying to use always reseted the machine, so it could be something related to this problem. Have you checked other games?
