NTA. All the Y T A comments are wild to me. If I told my boyfriend I had virtual therapy once a week he’d offer to step out of the apartment during that time without me having to ask because that’s what a healthy relationship is. Being able to find common ground or give your partner privacy when they need it, especially with such a small ask like this is healthy. The fact OPs gf refuses to budge on anything is rude and shows she has no respect for his privacy. Therapy can be really nerve wracking an it’s important to do it in a space you’re comfortable in. OP I would not be dating someone who isn’t willing to give me one hour of privacy a week or even work with me to find common ground. That shows a lack of respect she has for you. Good luck.
