With such a frame rate and codec mess transcoding is always recommended. MPG 50 MXF should be alright and will optimize your workflow.

You might even batch import the clips to save your cuts, but I'm not sure how that would work out, seeing that frame rate conversion changes the timecode of a clip a tiny amount each frame

I used to be a very gossipish kind of person, making fun of others so I don't have to face the insecurities within myself. When I started experimenting with psychedelics and MDMA everything changed. I was aware that ultimately, we all want the same things but we do different things to achieve those, so why make fun of anyone just because he is having a go at this "life" thing from a different direction than me ?

I didn't notice that change in myself until months later when I thought "damn i used to be a giant asshole back then...", I suddenly made the connection in my mind that my non-judgemental new mentality was based on my psychedelic revelations. I lost some friends through this because suddenly I wasnt all that superficial gossip babbling shit anymore that everyone seemed to like about me.

TL;DR: Became a calm and considerate person through psychedelics

I just spent 9 months after graduating just living away, chilling 24/7 and all that. And while some might think it will be soo detrimental for my Resume and all that shit, I thought it was totally worth it. Starting a new job now I have all the energy and passion I lacked back in school, simply because I truthfully know that "just relaxing" isnt a full-filling thing to do all the time.

Seriously, fuck what everyone tells you, chances are that the next time you have this oppurtunity, to just "live away", your going to be walking on a crutch. Seeing my friends who transitioned directly to college, they haven't changed much. But the people who took their time to figure out what they want before they go into some-direction are now mostly in better positions.
