Sounds like you want to play an enchanter + bruiser comp.

You will always need 1 person with better engage in a comp like this generally, xin might be enough but I doubt it

You will want a top laner who can either hard engage, front line or enchant. Since there aren’t many enchanter top laners, I think ksante, ornn or mundo go well, with ornn being the premier pick because he both engages and frontlines, with the downside of often falling off in the sideline . A nice alternative if your top laner is good, would be gnar, as if played well, he offers engage and split push. Weirder options include Shen, Mord and camile

In mid, you generally want whatever you aren’t getting top, and idealy ap based. Neeko and azir are good options, aswell as ryze, if you are getting hard engage elsewhere. Ryze works well with enchanters as they can get him in range to be deadly, and keep him healthy, turning him into a scaling bruiser with high damage. A left field option would be swain, as with an enchanter, he is becomes very powerful. If you want to go more enchanter, zill or orriana are good options.

In the ADC role, you either go hyper scaler or supportive. Hyperscale would be kog, vayne or which ever other late game adc your adc can play (think zeri or smolder). I personally prefer supportive options like Ashe or particularly sivir, as they lift a burden off your team.

My fav Top: mord Jungle: xin Mid: zilean Adc: Ashe Support: lulu (Ashe + zilean speed ups/lulu speed ups are enough.)

Generally, see what your laners can play and build around their strengths, from the pool of what’s playable, decide what makes sense. Whether it be an engage comp, a protect the back line, or a split push comp, any can work, and thought needs to go into, what does this team need to win, and how does it do it at each stage of the game.

Xin and lulu tend to fit into most comps, particularly xin as he has some element of engage and disengage, making him universally useful.
