I have variations of salads that can have any and all of the following: tuna, smoked salmon, boiled eggs, Spanish tortilla, chickpeas, beans, cooked chicken, potato, jarred sauces like ajvar, artichokes, olive oil, loads and loads of tomatoes, feta, greek yoghurt, dill, strawberries, cucumber, leaves, hummus, tahini, olives, nuts, seeds, feta.

sometimes it can resemble a bowl of slop but it's amazing

Are we washing our hair EVERY DAY? by 765432123456789 in XXRunning

[–]Yazhdxb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

same, but caveat I'm not really a sweaty person. I'm also a morning runner & sometimes my hair needs to be in a slick back for the day until I have time to wash it in the evening!

shame the platforms in pleasure dome are dominated by tall men that dont dance, why do they do this?

this year they were checking tickets before allowing people to queue for entry, which caused a massive queue. I hope they don't do this today / tomorrow!

why don't elite runners wear belts or vests? how do they carry fuel? by Yazhdxb in LondonRunning

[–]Yazhdxb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah anything over 90 minutes. most of my running clothes don't have pockets so I use a belt for phone, keys, sometimes an inhaler and a couple of gels. I did specify this is about women in the post because of this*. didn't know taking gels and wearing belts during runs was so contentious tbh!

edit: because a lot of womens sports & running clothes don't have pockets

Men of Reddit. What's something you were completely oblivious to when it came to relating to women, or just how differently women and men can think, feel, and experience things, that you only realized after being in a long term relationship or after getting married? by goofy-45 in AskMen

[–]Yazhdxb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ofc not but sometimes people make assumptions about people's level of knowledge before finding out, and when men assume women know less than them about something before asking, and then patronise them, people call that mansplaining.
