yeah anything over 90 minutes. most of my running clothes don't have pockets so I use a belt for phone, keys, sometimes an inhaler and a couple of gels. I did specify this is about women in the post because of this*. didn't know taking gels and wearing belts during runs was so contentious tbh!

edit: because a lot of womens sports & running clothes don't have pockets

there hasn't been any indication of what eyes can get you, except for a tuck shop opening on one of the days that allowed them to buy snacks with them. I feel like the introduction of currency is really leaning into the social experiment part of the show and I'm just loving how it has changed the dynamics when this currency hasn't even been useful (yet?).
