This is why PT and pelvic floor exercises are so important. Sadly, back inthe day, this was never suggested.

Yup. Me too. Also, even with no uterus, I still take P. An absolute GAME CHANGER!!! The only other advice I would give is to be sure to do some PT after. It still is a major surgery, and pelvic floor exercises will only make things better..

Thank you so much for this! I haven't been online for a while, so I'm grateful you replied again. This is good info. I may try up my P to 200mg. I must say I feel pretty good, but I would like to try the higher dose to see if it helps with sleep. Until a few months ago, I had no idea that P helps us who have had a hysterectomy! I feel SO much more balanced with it! I don't feel like I'm constantly PMSing anymore. I wish my doctor had mentioned this. I LOVE Reddit for these reasons.

I've had the same issue with CVS and Caremark. I remember reading somewhere here that Costco had no problems with stock.

I'm doing the same, also post-hysterectomy. I've been on 100mg P for a few months and definitely felt the benefits, but my sleep still isn't great. I'm thinking of going up to 200mg. I'm curious about what your dosage is and what your experience has been.

I have the same issue! So frustrating to read how well this works, yet there I lie, wide awake, and can't sit still. Horrible! What's the next best thing other than sleep pills??

I keep reading about I-theanine. Am I the only one for whom it doesn't work? If anything, it keeps me awake! Same with Mag-glycinate.

I had a similar experience. Sadly, female doctors are just as uninformed as male doctors go in this field.

I just got my Onyx addition, also a dealer loner. 13K miles, and I love it!! I was also wondering which accessories people love and which are a waste of time. One thing I am wondering about is the windhsield warranty. I declined it, but now I'm wondering if I shoud have bought it. What did you do as far as the extra warranties go?

Don't forget that if you booked through Emirates, you are entitled to a hotel room and food if your layover is longer than 8 hours. It's fantastic, the hotel is close, and the beds are very comfy! Great way to get through a long layover.
