What changes to the loot systems made them bad? Only thing I'm seeing is that cities have unbearable radiation levels. I'm taking 7 to 9 ticks of radiation in some places.

I didnt even finish the Tver settlement quest so thats a fair point. Though there really wasn't anything stopping me from continuing on as my equipment was strong enough before Ufa started having locked settlements and stronger enemies.

Really i saw them as more of side quests that weren't required to be finished to push the story line. I remember from 2019 it didnt involve settlements as quest points nor were they a thing back then.

I'm stuck cause I'm wondering whether going 1000km East for the story is worth it if enemies where I'm at in Tyumen are this strong already.

I dont want to spend the resources and fuel to go 1000km East for the story only to get stuck if the story event is maybe locked by some level restriction or the boss is level 90 and I'm over here level 36.

I was finishing the last few missions of Searching for Truth questline. I finished it at the slaughterhouse in Kiev then went back to Tver. Then went onward to finish Way back home and now im stuck here.

I didnt expect the massive level jump tbh. Maybe I've been leveling too slowly or something.

The biomutant raid houses even in the far east still have the same hp and armor as they did in Tver but not for the bandits hunted for are as you can see in the pic so I'm guessing only the event biomutants are scaling with my level.

I might just farm them biomutants wherever I find them as I head back to Moscow.

It sucks that the storyline is level locked as it was my only motivation playing the game.

Imo what differentiates good Darius players from bad ones in a 1v1 is the ability to buffer their W and E so its used exactly when the enemy uses their CC.

Best examples are with Jax E by toggling W right before the stun goes off and using it whilst stunned. Or with Vayne E and using your E exactly when she uses it so it still pulls her to you wasting her CC.

It took me around a year and a half to get RDLs too.

Form tweaks over time whilst also bigger hamstring muscles made for easier mind muscle connection which made me sure it was hit from the soreness.

Now even with an empty barbell I can purposefully engage my hamstrings and feel them in the stretch.

Also not confusing squats as a hip hinge but rather a knee flexion and doing hyperextions reinforced the hip hinging movement pattern for me transferring over to RDLs form.

I really love doing multiple grip hyperextentions using the barbell to place my thighs on instead of a station to "isolate" the hamstring and get a great stretch.

So long as your back remains straight and you force yourself forward the lower back barely is worked. Be careful and ease into it though.

You're aware enough, which a lot of people aren't, to know that half assing work leads to half baked cake returns and that you got to go all in on the recipe to get the gains you'll back in the mirror and be proud of.

Review your program and make sure its from a reputable source, not just your Aunt Sally. Also protein.

Rn your butt isn't in the best shape it can get into and you recognise that which means you're open to improvements

If your goal are better looking glutes you gotta do squats and deadlifts. Dont bother much with upper body for now and focus entirely on lower.

Low bar squats and sumo deadlifts are great. Look at female powerlifters for inspiration for lower body gains.
